Santa Claus Parade Sponsorship Program

Sponsorship The Kiwanis Owen Sound Santa Claus Parade is one of the largest and longest running not-for-profit community parades in Canada. Over 80 parade entrant’s line up more than two kilometers at the start. The parade lasts approximately 1.5 hours and is broadcast live over Rogers Television network. In any given year there are 3,000 to 5,000 parade watchers live and the televised version is re-broadcast over 40 times on Rogers community channel throughout the months of November and December reaching a broad at-home audience.

This Parade is run and organized by volunteers and is entirely self-supporting financially through private and small business donations and corporate sponsorship. Financial assistance with this community celebration is imperative to its continued operation and we would like to include you as a vital part of the Kiwanis Santa Clause Parade. We are offering a limited number of sponsorship packages for purchase at different financial levels. With each level of sponsorship, your organization will receive marketing and advertising exposure, along with your company name recognizing your support.·

* Sponsorship commences immediately in all communication and appears as a tagline
   in the Kiwanis Santa Claus Parade logo, registration forms, posters, advertising, all
   media/radio/newspapers, website, etc.

*  Large size banner leading our major marching band, Collingwood Collegiate Marching
    Band (100+ performers) 
*  Live interview as the major sponsor at the start of the parade live TV coverage

*  Sponsorship commences immediately on registration forms,  web site and promotional
    activities

*  Your company name and logo will appear in all forms and ads specifying the prize
    awarded (also in your company name)
*  Medium  banner in the parade with an opportunity to carry their banner (banner will be
    kept by sponsor)
*  VIP Seating during the Parade

Banner Sponsors $200 (Limited to 5 Sponsors)
 *  Sponsors will appear on web site and printed advertising
 *  Medium banner in the parade with an opportunity to carry your own banner
 
For all sponsors,  your name & logo will be placed on our  “Sponsors & Donors Page”, with a link to your web site, if you wish.  People browsing the Kiwanis Santa Claus Parade web site will know you are a great community supporter.  A great advertising venue!

OR BE A FINANCIAL DONOR (A flexible, affordable way to Help!)
All financial donations of any amount are gratefully accepted.  These donations go directly to the operating costs of the parade.  Any funds raised in surplus of the parade expenses will be used to assist the financing of the Harrison Park Accessible Playground, created through the fundraisings efforts by the Kiwanis Club of Owen Sound.  All donations will be acknowledged with a tax receipt (over $20)  and recognition on our parade website.
